Simmons & Simmons JWS will be able to offer clients both foreign and Singapore law advice and will operate from 01 November 2016.
The establishment of the JLV responds to the growing financial services industry in Singapore and means the firm can now offer an integrated service to clients across its key areas of focus, particularly asset management & investment funds, and financial institutions.
