Vincent is a corporate lawyer with over twelve years’ experience advising private equity investors, private equity backed businesses, financial institutions, and corporates on a wide range of transactions. He has a strong track record in both domestic and cross-border M&A across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on financial services, infrastructure and technology, media and telecommunications.
Vincent’s arrival further expands Simmons & Simmons’ private equity offering, and underscores the firm’s commitment to Asset Management and Investment Funds as a strategic priority. His hire enhances the firm’s ability to respond to growing client demand for mid market private equity and cross border transactional advice.
