International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised on a further acquisition under Patrizia’s new mandate targeting multi-let industrial and logistics estates. Bradbury Park, near Braintree in Essex, is added to the same portfolio as Quarry Wood Industrial Estate in Aylesford, the first acquisition for the mandate, on which Simmons & Simmons advised a few months ago.
The Simmons team was led by real estate partner Deian Rhys, supported by supervising associate Matthew Tinsley and of counsel Mark Watterson.
Commenting on the acquisition, Deian said: “The deal is another reminder of the resilience of the industrial sector. We were delighted to work again with Patrizia and Caisson in expanding the portfolio."
