Commenting on the matter, corporate partner Jamie Corner said: “We are absolutely delighted to have assisted Barclays, Numis and GCA on Victorian Plumbing’s quotation. Our involvement strengthens our reputation as a go to firm for ECM and demonstrates that we are equipped to execute the largest and most complex ECM transactions to tight deadlines.”.
