International law firm Simmons & Simmons has been recognised as Top Global Employer for its commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
Simmons & Simmons was awarded Silver as part of Stonewall’s Top Global Employers scheme – which recognises organisations who are committed to creating welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ employees, and includes 22 organisations, operating in 152 countries across the world.
Simmons scored highly in The Global Workplace Equality Index, which evaluates how organisations perform in all areas of LGBTQ+ inclusion, supporting progress towards equality wherever they operate.
