International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Petal Group on its investment from Quintas Capital’s Managed Equity Fund.
Petal Group is a floral gifting and e-commerce business headquartered across Ireland and the UAE. It operates a portfolio of leading online flower brands - Flowers.ie, FlowersDirect.ie, BloomMagic.ie, and Flowers.ae - which together deliver thousands of high-quality floral gifts every week across Ireland and the UAE.
The cross-border Simmons & Simmons team advising Petal Group was led by partner and Head of Corporate in Dublin, David Brangam with support from a team of cross-border M&A specialists from the firm’s offices in Dublin and Dubai.
