Odin Vision is a UK-based cloud-AI endoscopy company with a strong portfolio of commercially available computer-aided detection and diagnostic (CAD) tools and a developer of cloud-enabled applications that help to better detect cancers.
Odin was founded by a team of clinicians and AI experts from the Wellcome/EPSRC Centre for Interventional and Surgical Sciences (WEISS) at University College London (UCL).
The deal with Olympus – a leading global medtech company – will see it acquire Odin Vision’s entire portfolio of highly advanced healthcare solutions, allowing its AI-driven technology to benefit millions of new patients around the world.
The Simmons team was led by client partner Frances Doherty (London).
