Simmons & Simmons partner Davide D’Affronto and the Italian financial markets team have been named respectively as Lawyer of the Year and Leveraged Finance Law Firm of the Year at the Legalcommunity Finance Awards 2023.
Legalcommunity is an Italian publication that targets business lawyers, tax lawyers and accountants, publishing news and in-depth reports on the legal community.
Milan-based Davide D'Affronto heads the firm’s financial markets practice in Milan and was recognised being “one of the leading exponents in finance. Indeed, the awards panel made up of major market players recognised his technical skills, all-round knowledge and problem-solving aptitude. He advised on the financial profiles of numerous complex M&A transactions, as well as real estate and restructuring deals.”
