We regretfully announce that our former senior partner and friend to many at Simmons, David Dickinson, passed away earlier this week.
David was one of the founding partners of our finance practice. He was also the firm’s managing partner from 1999 to 2005, and then senior partner from 2006 to 2011 when he retired. David was an extremely popular, witty and collaborative colleague. Many of us have fond memories of David as a person, a mentor, a colleague and a lawyer.
Senior partner Colin Passmore said: "I cannot begin to do justice to the immense contribution that David made to this firm over his 25 years here."
