Simmons will open its doors as part of Open House London. The exhibition will showcase the firm’s collection of contemporary art.

Curated by litigation associate, Michael O’Donoghue and art intern Lucy Cox, the temporary exhibition is the firm’s first client-facing selling show. It includes over 80 works from a range of not-for-profit institutions, many by artists in the firm’s collection, including Howard Hodgkin, Paula Rego, Rachel Whiteread, Paul Morrison, Mat Collishaw, Bob and Roberta Smith, Hurvin Anderson, Cornelia Parker and Michael Landy, as well as a host of other established and emerging artists working around the United Kingdom.

Senior partner, Colin Passmore, commented, "As a law firm, it can sometimes be hard to get into the building to see the firm's collection of over 500 pictures. We are very grateful to London Open House for providing this opportunity to share our collection, and look forward to showing visitors works by Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, Steve McQueen and a host of talented, emerging artists."

The firm will be opening its doors from 13:00-17:00 with guided tours of its permanent collection (booking recommended) at 13:15, 14:00, 14:25, 15:30 and 16:15.
