Caroline has been a driving force behind Simmons & Simmons’s wellbeing and neuro-inclusion strategy. She established the global network of Wellbeing Champions – now over 85 champions globally - empowering colleagues to lead initiatives that support mental health and neurodiversity. Caroline also spearheaded the introduction of targeted programmes for both employees and leaders, ensuring that support and resources are accessible at every level.
By encouraging open conversations and sharing personal experiences, Caroline has helped to break down stigma around mental health and neurodivergence within the firm.
