Caroline Turner-Inskip, real estate partner, Bristol office Head and Global Head of Wellbeing and Mentoring has been featured on the Enable Advocate Role Model list for 2025.

The 25 individuals on the advocates list have been selected for using their voice and platform to progress inclusion for others.

This prestigious recognition celebrates Caroline’s outstanding commitment to furthering inclusion for disability, neurodivergence, and mental health in the workplace.

Caroline has been a driving force behind Simmons & Simmons’s wellbeing and neuro-inclusion strategy. She established the global network of Wellbeing Champions – now over 85 champions globally - empowering colleagues to lead initiatives that support mental health and neurodiversity. Caroline also spearheaded the introduction of targeted programmes for both employees and leaders, ensuring that support and resources are accessible at every level.

By encouraging open conversations and sharing personal experiences, Caroline has helped to break down stigma around mental health and neurodivergence within the firm. Her leadership has shaped Simmons & Simmons’s internal culture and positioned the firm as a leading voice for inclusion in the industry.
