International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Lanas Healthcare Technologies, on its sale to TA Associates for $450 million.
Dublin-headquartered Lanas Healthcare Technologies, specialises in electronic healthcare record technology and employs almost 1,000 people across its 19 global offices. With more than 1.5 million clinical users worldwide, it serves pharmacy, primary and community care, specialists, care platforms, and medical communications across 20 countries, with key markets in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
The Simmons & Simmons team was led by partners Martin Phelan (Head of Tax, Dublin) and David Brangam (Head of Corporate, Dublin) with support from a cross-border team of M&A specialists.
