The launch of the new programme follows a recent review of the firm’s development offering, to build new career frameworks, and ensure a seamless approach for trainees to aide in their development and progression with the firm.
The Skills Academy will build on the success of the MBA, which the firm was one of the first to implement, with tailored, bespoke modules linked to career stages and focused on four key areas: technical, people, client and commercial acumen.
