How we work
We have a range of flexible working practices that help our people balance work and personal commitments.
- Hybrid working: A requirement for a minimum of three days in the office, flexible dependant on role, team and client demands.
- International secondment: One to two weeks where individuals, both legal and business professionals, continue to do their normal work but from a different office.
- Sabbatical: After four or more years' service our people are eligible to take up to two months unpaid leave.
- Short-term remote working: For up to four weeks a year, our people can work remotely, from a different location to their office or home.
