Ksenia is a counsel in our Amsterdam office, specialising in securitisation and structured debt transactions across a broad range of asset classes, with particular expertise in asset-backed and trade receivables transactions.
She advises arrangers, lead managers, originators and investors on all aspects of securitisation, including public stand-alone issuances, master trust structures, private warehousing transactions and portfolio acquisitions.
Ksenia has extensive experience in both the UK and Dutch securitisation markets, regularly handling domestic matters as well as complex cross-border transactions. She brings an International perspective to our practice, having spent around four years in London and over a decade at a Magic Circle firm working across Moscow, London and Amsterdam offices, prior to joining Simmons & Simmons. In addition, Ksenia has completed a secondment at a major Dutch bank, further strengthening her commercial acumen.
