Arijit is a Managing Associate in the Financial Markets Group in Singapore specialising in a range of derivatives and structured products.
Arijit has advised various top tier investment banks on setting up their on-balance sheet structured products issuance platforms, and regularly advises on issuing on and off-balance sheet structured products.
In addition, Arijit has extensive experience advising on equity, index, credit and rates derivatives products with a particular focus on advising on setting up multi-asset indices and strategies (including actively managed strategies) to be delivered to clients either wrapped in derivatives or structured products.
Arijit joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 in the London office and worked as an associate in both London and Singapore. Thereafter, having worked as a senior associate at a magic circle law firm in London and as an in-house lawyer at a pre-eminent American bank in both London and Hong Kong, Arijit rejoined the firm in Singapore in 2022.
