Mathilde specialises in Dispute Resolution and regulatory issues in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. She advises and represents the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries in non-contentious and litigation matters.
Mathilde was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019 and joined the Paris Office of Simmons & Simmons as an associate in July 2022. She was an associate during 3 years in the life sciences department of an international law firm before joining Simmons & Simmons.
Mathilde holds a Master in Health Law – Health activities and liabilities from the Paris Descartes University and a post-graduated diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Kent (Canterbury).
