Paula specialises in real estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers across the full range of real estate asset classes.
Paula has a wealth of experience in acting for major UK and international banks and financial institutions and borrowers on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. Her expertise includes acquisition and development finance, senior/mezzanine finance and restructurings in the corporate retail estate, commercial office, retail, hotel and leisure, student accommodation and industrial sectors.
She is based in our UK banking team and has considerable experience in both UK and cross-border transactions.
Paula joined the firm in 2000 and has completed secondments to our office in Paris, as well as with major UK banks. She is a member of the Loan Market Association’s REF committee, which is responsible for preparing industry standard REF lending documentation and has spoken at industry conferences and events.
