Grace specialises in issues of international companies operating in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and animal health products).

Her practice focuses mainly on product liability, regulatory and compliance matters, advertising, anti-gift law, as well as ethical and professional healthcare regulation in litigation and non-litigation matters.

Grace advises and defends international pharmaceutical companies in civil and administrative proceedings in relation to product liability and regulatory claims. In particular, she advises an international pharmaceutical company facing one of the first French class action in the Healthcare sector.

Grace has also gained expertise on contract and commercial advice in the chemical sector.

Grace was admitted to the Paris bar in 2017. She joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in 2017 after an internship. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, she spent a year in a major international pharmaceutical company.

She holds a master’s degree in “Medical Liability Law” from Paris-Sud XI University. She also holds a specialized master’s degree in “International Business Law and Management” from ESCP EUROPE Business School and obtained an English Business Law certificate from the City University London.

She studied in Exeter University (United Kingdom) for a year (ERASMUS).
