Eléonore is a supervising associate in our Dispute Resolution department (life sciences sector) where she advises clients on both non-contentious and contentious matters.
Her expertise primarily covers health product liability litigation matters and the regulation applicable to the pharmaceutical sector.
She specialises in dispute resolution and regulatory issues in the field of life sciences, with a focus on product liability litigations of health products. She also advises clients in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries in particular on relationships between industry and healthcare professionals, advertising of health products and clinical trials.
Eléonore holds a Masters degree in Health Product and Health Industries Law (University of Paris V – Descartes).
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Eléonore worked as an associate in an English law firm. Before that she worked as in-house Legal Counsel within Teva Santé legal department, where she was in charge of legal and compliance matters (relationships with healthcare professionals, transparency).
