Simmons & Simmons navigator was developed in response to client demand for reliable, user-friendly and cost-effective guidance on global regulations relating to the marketing and sale of open-ended funds, closed-ended funds, notes and securities; and share disclosure and short selling.
Available on a subscription basis, the service currently covers over 80 jurisdictions and is based on information provided by local counsel in each jurisdiction, which is reviewed and updated regularly. The jurisdictions are grouped into three separate regions: (1) Europe; (2) the Americas; and (3) the rest of the world (Middle East, Far East, Australasia and Africa). It is possible to subscribe for each of these regions separately.
