We are involved extensively in advising private sector investors and operators in the regulated sectors throughout Europe and participate in a large number of consultations and bodies concerned with the application and development of regulatory policy.
We also advise government or regulatory bodies in the energy sector in over 16 countries including both Ofreg and Ofgem.
We have extensive knowledge of the UK and EC gas and electricity regulatory regimes. These rules form the basis of many of the gas and electricity regulations in newly regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
