LawWorks
LawWorks is an independent charity with a mission to support, promote and encourage a commitment to pro bono across the solicitors' profession, and in doing so provide free legal advice to individuals and non-profits in need.
Simmons & Simmons has been a member of LawWorks for nine years and has supported them by holding free evening training sessions on subjects relevant for advice centres such as employment and housing law, and by taking on cases on a pro bono basis for local charities that could not otherwise afford a solicitor.
