Power of women's networks survey
We conducted a survey to understand the true power of women’s networks and their importance in industry.
Respondents came from clients and members of external women’s networks. The research found 56% of respondents felt that greater management buy-in was an important factor in whether a women’s network could be viewed as successful. Many respondents were of the view that networks can be treated simply as a tick-box exercise for management, who use them to ensure they are on the right side of the gender balance debate.
