Victoria-Sophie is a lawyer based in our Luxembourg office who specialises in banking and especially funds and real-estate financing matters, advising both international and domestic banks and asset managers as well as investors. In addition to regulatory issues, she also focuses on capital markets matters, especially on securitisation and debt-related capital markets and structured finance transactions.

Victoria-Sophie studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed her 2nd State Examination in Niedersachsen. She also graduated with the title Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Maastricht, The Netherlands. She has been admitted to the Hanseatic Bar of Hamburg since June 2018 and also graduated in Law from the University of Law in London.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Victoria-Sophie worked at several national and international law firms in Germany, France and the United Kingdom in the areas of criminal and civil law.
She speaks German, English and French.
