Anne-Fleur van 't Hooft
Anne-Fleur works in our real estate & construction practice and she is mostly involved in commercial real estate related and administrative matters (both contentious and non-contentious). Her client base is largely at the heart of the energy and infrastructure sector.

- assisting various companies in the construction industry in various construction and lease disputes
- assisting various Dutch and foreign companies in real estate transactions
- representing large container terminals and a storage and transhipment company in the port of Rotterdam on obtaining the necessary permits regarding zoning and planning issues
- advising a data centre on various topics and providing them with a suite of tailor made construction contracts.
Anne-Fleur graduated from the Leiden University in Dutch private law with a focus on construction and lease law. Her final thesis concerned 'Unforeseen circumstances in the construction industry'. She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2011.
Anne-Fleur successfully completed the Law Firm School in 2013. She is a member of the Dutch young bar association and the Dutch Young Property Lawyers Association (Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend goed Juristen).
Anne-Fleur is fluent in Dutch (native) and English and has a decent working knowledge in Italian.
