Simmons & Simmons LLP advises Valor Real Estate Partners in the acquisition of four logistics platforms

International law firm Simmons & Simmons Paris office has advised Valor Real Estate Partners, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management company focused exclusively on the logistics sector, in the acquisition of four logistics platforms near Paris and Lyon.

The logistics assets were acquired through three separate transactions. They consist of a network of two buildings totalling approximately 60,000m² in Marly-la-Ville, with direct access to the A1 motorway and in close proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport, a 5,900m² urban logistics courier service in Limeil-Brévannes, which is due for major renovation, and a 11,120m² class A logistics warehouse in Saint-Laurent-de-Mure, which offers excellent access to Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport and is fully leased to two tenants.
