The firm strengthens its capital markets practice with the arrival of Gabriele Röhl

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has continued to expand its German and international capital markets practice in Frankfurt, with the arrival of Gabriele Röhl, who joined the firm as Counsel on 02 May 2018.
Gabriele worked for over 10 years as a Counsel for Linklaters in Frankfurt and is one of the most experienced capital markets lawyers in Germany.
Gabriele joins the firm from Allen & Overy and has previously worked for Dresdner Bank Luxembourg and Morgan Stanley.
In her new role, Gabriele will continue to be primarily responsible for banks, financial service providers and companies in all aspects of capital market transactions, such as for bond issues (including Eurobonds, hybrid bonds, convertible and exchangeable bonds and issuance programs), structured finance and the issuance of other debt instruments (such as promissory notes or registered bonds), as well as for restructuring and regulatory issues.
