Simmons & Simmons has advised Clermont’s first hedge fund

The international law firm has advised on the launch of Clermont Asset Management’s first hedge fund.
The Hedge Funds team at international law firm Simmons & Simmons has recently advised on the launch of Clermont Asset Management’s first hedge fund, the Clermont Global Equity Fund.
The team advised Clermont on the establishment of a Cayman domiciled master-feeder structure with a global long/short equities focus, as well as on the restructuring of Clermont’s business from a limited company to a limited liability partnership. The Simmons & Simmons team was led by London-based Partner, Lucian Firth.
