Guillaume-Denis Faure joins the Dispute Resolution team in Paris.
Simmons & Simmons has today announced the arrival of a new partner in Paris. Guillaume-Denis Faure joined the firm as a Dispute Resolution partner on 05 March 2018.
Guillaume-Denis was previously a partner at Winston & Strawn. He brings with him extensive experience working with funds, companies, shareholders and management teams to handle their litigation and a particular focus in the financial, life science and media industries. With extensive experience in content acquisition and protection for right-holders, audio-visual broadcasters, intermediation agencies, sponsors and talent, Guillaume-Denis is considered one of the top French attorneys in the sports industry.
Legal 500 describe him as a “great strategist and fierce litigator”.
He will be joining the firm’s award-winning Dispute Resolution team which offer the full range of litigation arbitration and other dispute resolution services.
