Jeremy’s main practice areas are in High Court commercial litigation, with considerable experience of representing professional indemnity insurers, and their insureds (including valuers, legal professionals, and construction professionals).

- successfully striking out a high value High Court claim against CMS Cameron McKenna (as reported in Edenwest v CMS Cameron McKenna  EWHC 1258 (Ch))
- successfully defending a high profile firm of valuers in a multi million euro claim arising from a valuation of French commercial property. Involved advice relating to securitisation arrangements and jurisdiction, as well as valuation issues. The claim was dropped before the issue of proceedings
- defending a well known firm of valuers in respect of a multi million euro claim arising from German commercial property. In addition to valuation issues, advice was required on securitisation arrangements and jurisdiction
- defence of offshore directors/company administrators arising from a failed development and alleged lost development profits of over £100 million.
