Art Network
The London Art Network aims to ensure that staff are fully informed of developments in the firm's art collection and of opportunities to engage, be it attending or organising art tours, assisting with 'working bees' in the art store or raising awareness of the firm's collection.
Christians in Simmons

Christians in Simmons is the longest running network in the firm, having been established for more than a decade.

It is non denominational, open to all partners and employees and to those who want to find out more about Christianity, as well as to those who are Christians.  Christians in Simmons meets once a week to study the Bible and discuss different aspects of Christianity.

Jewish Network

The Simmons & Simmons Jewish network was established in September 2007.  The network is open to all Simmons & Simmons partners and employees, regardless of their ethnic or religious background.

Since its launch the network has arranged a number of social events, allowing members to meet other people within the firm, exchange ideas and develop friendships.

LBGT Network

The Simmons & Simmons lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) network was set up in 2006. The network is open to all Simmons & Simmons partners and employees and has the overarching aim of providing support to members of the LGBT community and providing the firm with practical assistance in addressing LGBT issues.

LGBT network members play active roles in the InterLaw Diversity Forum for LGBT networks, an inter-organisational forum for the LGBT networks in law firms and all personnel (lawyers and non-lawyers) in the legal sector, including in-house counsel.

We are proud to be recognised as one of Stonewall's Star Performer Network Groups.  The firm has been a Stonewall Diversity Champion since 2005 and is currently one of the Top 10 organisations in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index - a ranking of the top 100 gay friendly employers.

Multi cultural Network
The Simmons & Simmons Multicultural Network was created in 2016 to provide a support platform to celebrate and discuss ethnicity in the workplace to promote greater ethnic diversity within all roles at the firm, tying in with the firm’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy.
NOTICED
Simmons & Simmons is one of the founding members and Secretary of NOTICED (Networking Opportunities To Integrate, Celebrate and Educate on Diversity). NOTICED seeks to provide opportunities for member law firms to raise the profile of issues related to multiculturalism within the legal sector.
Simmons Muslim Network

The international Islamic community was launched in November 2007 as a network of people (both Muslim and non Muslim) from across our offices with a mutual interest in both international and local issues of relevance to Islam.

The aim of the network is to bring together partners and employees who have an interest in the Islamic faith and/or Islamic affairs for networking, socialising and learning.

Straight Allies
The firm’s Straight Allies network was launched in September 2011 and it is open to all heterosexual people who believe that LGBT people should experience full equality in the work place. At Simmons & Simmons, Straight Allies recognise that LGBT partners and staff perform better if they can be themselves. Straight Allies help maintain a culture where this happens.
The Number One Club (formerly the Women's Network)

The Number One Club (TNOC), is the firm's women's network. Set up in 2008, the network's aim is to support the development and retention of talented female colleagues and to build new business relationships and opportunities with existing and prospective female clients of the firm. The network supports the development and implementation of the firm's diversity and inclusion strategies and policies in areas which are relevant to women.

The network offers both an internal focus ("Looking After Number One") events, to which men and women are invited, and external ("Plus One Events") which are aimed at the firm's female clients (and to which men and women from the firm are invited).

TNOC is also a member of TNON, the Gender Network of Networks.
