What is The SMCR Solution?

The extended Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR) became applicable to insurers as of 10 December 2018 and will apply to FCA solo-regulated firms from 09 December 2019. The Simmons & Simmons SMCR Solution is a unique online product created by our in house experts to provide affected firms with the tools needed to both effect and manage compliance in a user friendly and efficient way.

What will it do for me?

  • keep accurate records of your firm’s compliance at an individual and organisation level including storage of evidentiary and other related documentation.
